We track the progress of the team during the programme, through pulse surveys of the team and stakeholders, that measure performance and provide suggestions for improvement.
This programme is delivered through a range of services including:
• Team Coaching – Coaching the team together, to bring all the five disciplines of high performance together into a team based environment.
• 121 Coaching – Helping individual team members within the team successfully deliver against their goals and tasks, agreed during the team meetings.
• Team Facilitation – Delivering planned one-off events to the team in support of the programme.
• Team Development – Delivering learning interventions through workshops and online events to enhance leadership skills.
• Workplace Observations – Observing team members participating in meetings and stakeholder events and providing necessary feedback and suggestions for improved communication.
