Alison Munn
Co-founder and CEO
Alison is a leadership and change professional, specializing in talent, learning and leadership with significant experience in retail, telecommunications, public sector and professional services. Alison has 20 years’ experience as a senior consultant working with some of the world’s biggest brands on leadership and team development and leading organisational transformation programmes. Alison is recognized for commercial focus and an ability to hit the ground running to deliver results.
Qualifications include:
• Chartered FCIPD & Associated of Executive Coaching (AOEC)
• MA in Management, BA in Business Studies & Organisational Effectiveness
• SHL OPQ, 5 Dysfunctions, Myers Briggs, 360 feedback
• Certificate in Systemic Team Coaching – AOEC: (ICF Accredited).
Jonathan Webb
Co-founder and CEO
Jonathan is an international executive coach specializing in 121 coaching, team coaching and leadership and team assessment. He works within the C-Suite and senior leadership functions in Fortune 100, 500, 1,000 and 2,000 corporates, as well as Private Equity portfolio companies, in UK, EMEA, North America, India and Asia. He previously had an international sales leadership career in Digital, EDS and IBM Global Services.
Qualifications include:
• The Practitioner Diploma – AOEC: International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited.
• Marshall Goldsmith’s Certificates in Stakeholder Centered Coaching and Team Coaching (ICF accredited).
