The Company:
A global leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation, our client is at the forefront of innovation to address the entire breadth of clients’ opportunities in the evolving world of cloud, digital and technology platforms.
The Challenge:
Our client wanted significant growth in the performance of their largest global account, employing some 2,500 staff. They asked us to identify the skills and behaviours required for growth and assess leaders and teams against them.
The Impact:
Following a leadership team assessment data insights pinpointed the specific actions required at a leader and team level to achieve their goals.
Team and individual development and coaching plans addressed each leaders’ skill gaps.
Through 121 coaching and workshops, the leaders were also tasked with identifying their most strategic and profitable opportunities and priorities.
The coaching then supported the team in serving its client (a major UK government department), to successfully enable a critical technology implementation, which formed the backbone of the UK government’s response to the pandemic.
The coaching also ensured that the team’s 2020/21 revenue and profit targets were exceeded and that the team had fully prepared its 2022 goals.
